Great article and something in my amateur on the periphery has concerned me a lot… there is a move here by NICE for example to withdraw NHS funding on some drugs for prostrate cancer sufferers… the old “economical poor outcomes” excuse. Tell that to the patient. And like you say the trials are by nature biased in the design often
