About

Hi. I’m Dr24hours. I’m a systems engineer. I’m a health care researcher. I’m an alcoholic, in recovery since February of 2008. This is where I write. You may reach me personally at the gmail address “infactorium”. You can follow me on twitter @Dr24hours.

Just about everything on this blog is opinion. In the case of systems engineering as it applies to health care delivery, it is expert opinion, but still opinion. As far as for Alcoholics Anonymous, it is always only my opinion, and does not necessarily reflect the opinion of AA itself. Nothing on this blog should be contrued to represent the opinion of my employers, in the event that you know who those people are.

I have been known to write about addiction and alcoholism on other venues, under this and other pseudonyms, including sometimes for compensation.

I have no conflicts of interest to disclose. If you’d like to pay me to change that statement, please, by all means, contact me.
